Welcoming Committee
The primary purpose of the "Welcoming Committee" is to promote a warm feeling of acceptance and belonging for our parish family. The "Welcoming Committee" works to bring new members into fellowship with our parish community by inviting members to worship, sharing information about the parish, and offering friendship.
Meetings: 4th Monday of the month

50 Uppers
Parishioners age 50 and over, gather monthly to share in fellowship, participate in the Eucharist and share a potluck meal.
Meets: 3rd Wednesday of the Month (Sep-May)12:00 Noon

Stewardship Committee
Stewardship is caring for our Parish Family through the sharing of time, talent and treasure. To assist the Pastor in the formation of this way of life within the Parish, a committee has been provided for direction of development of the process here at St. John.

Knights Of Columbus
This is a fraternal organization dedicated to serving the Catholic Church through charitable works and social awareness. The members, under the direction of the Grand Knight, support the good works of the council. Monetary donations to various needs are sponsored by the weekly Bingo games at the K of C Hall.

Altar & Rosary Society
All women of St. John Parish are members of the Altar & Rosary Society and are invited to be active members. Members share responsibility for the care of the church interior, as well as co-ordinate donations and provide for flowers and other church decorations. Two salad luncheons in the spring and fall along with other activities raise funds for the group, along with occasions for fellowship and spiritual growth. The Altar & rosary Society is affiliated with the National and Diocesan Council of Catholic Women.

Our Lady Of Guadalupe Group
Made up of Hispanic women in our parish family, this group mets weekly for Bible study, and monthly for regular business. There are four fund raisers a year. This group contributes to the parish general fund as needed. The members visit and offer comfort to the sick, in addition to weekly Rosaries for their
